HL Group Sustainable Management Governance

HL Group operates a Sustainable Management Consultation Group
comprised of C-level executives from each affiliate to address issues
that call for group-level discussions and value sharing, including
HR, social contribution, and Jeong-do management.

C-level executives gather to review
and approve ESG strategies and direction
at the group level.

    Consultation Group

    Composed of human rights managers in
    he HR department, the group discusses
    specific actions to practice and internalize
    the “Human Rights Management Declaration.

  • The Working Group

    Comprised of the leader and executives of the ESG department,
    this group supports the decision-making and implementation of decisions
    of the Sustainable Management Consultation Group.

  • Social Contribution Activity
    Consultation Group

    Formed by managers of social contribution activities,
    the group examines the vision and strategy
    of the HL Group and checks on
    action plans.
